Bassett launches Pet Therapy Program



COOPERSTOWN - Four new names are about to become well known around Bassett Hospital. Zoya and Penny, both golden retrievers, Jax (full name Crackerjax), an Australian shepherd, and Romeo, a border collie, are all part of Bassett’s new pet therapy program, and they are all looking to bring a smile to a patient’s face. Utica's East Side Senior Day Center to close its doors



UTICA - The East Side Senior Day Center is closing its doors, and what's going to happen to it next is anyone's guess. What we know so far is this - the senior center will be closing its doors as of August 31st, when the Mohawk Valley Community Action agency, ends their programs at the center.

Lost in Scranton for The Office's Utica-based episode



Here's an oldie (well, an oldie as I post this retroactively, anyway) but a goodie. My first road trip as a TV Reporter. The City of Utica was to be featured in an episode of NBC's The Office, and with that said, I got sent down on a one-man-band assignment to Scranton, PA, where the show is based to go to the Office convention. While I made it in one piece, this silly bit I did for the Utica morning show, shows it wasn't easy when one gets "Lost in Scranton." :)
